Vegetables & Uses

Now we are going to discuss how vegetables & fruits are essential to humans. Firstly carrot, enhance blood flow and function of eyes. Secondly tomatoes are loaded with lycopine and are pure and blood food. Then coming to fruits grapes profound heart and blood circulation , Avocado sheds hormones and sheds unwanted birth weight and prevents cancer. Figs increase the mobility of male sperms. Onions helps clear waste from blood cells. Walnut is good for brain. Potatoes are a good source of vitamin C. Potatoes also supplies thiamin, niacin, iron, carbohydrates and small amounts of vegetable protein. Potatoes are low in sodium, virtually fat free and easy to digest. They are highly acceptable in almost any diet. Lady's fingers are often used as a home remedy for the common cold. An excellent source of vitamin C and throat-soothing mucilage, lady's fingers play a role in many alternative cold remedies. Cauliflower is excellent source of vitamins C and K. It is also a very good source of potassium, fiber, phosphorus, and B vitamins
